Lapidary Arbors allow you to set up the
grinding and polishing wheels you chose in any configuration. They also can save you some
money as they are the most basic of machines. All of our arbors are made specifically for
use with water cooled abrasive wheels with sealed bearings and heavy duty shafting.
These machines are also great for glass restoration work.

If you hate having to replace
equipment due to rustor breakage, you’ll appreciate the stainless steel
construction of our new Arbors! We use our
in-house CNC laser to precisely cut each machine
from corrosion resistant 18/8 grade stainless steel
and then we assembled them with 3/4” stainless
steel shafts. No one else builds them like this!
These are the most durable arbors you can buy!
Each stainless steel arbor
can be equipped with a combination of accessories
including silicon carbide or diamond wheels,
expandable drums, and is tapped for 1/4-20 spin-on
polish heads at both ends. The removable top cover
has pre-cut holes for use with a water drip
system. Includes spacers, 2 1/2” x 1/2” motor
pulley and flanges. Wheels and motor not included.

following accessories: 6" diameter x .012" diamond Proslicer blade, 6" -
100 grit silicon carbide grinding wheel, a 6" cast aluminum polishing head with
polishing felt and sanding disc. Arbors are 1/2" - 20; saw table measures 7 1/2"
W x 10 1/2" L; Overall size 13" W x 11" L x 7" H. Use a 1/4 or 1/6 HP,
1725 RPM motor for best results. 29" V-belt included. |
